1 chicken (1kg), 300g radishes, 1/2 onions, 3 green onions, 200g boiled bracken, 150g boiled taro stems, 200g bean sprouts

1T minced garlic, 3T thick red pepper powder, 3T light soy sauce, 2T fish sauce, 1T sesame oil, 3T red pepper oil, a little bay salt

Prepare the ingredients.

I'll prepare one chicken with No. 10.

It's about 1kg.

Chicken has a lot of fat attached to the neck, intestines, and anus. Remove as much as possible with scissors or knives. There are people who peel everything. It doesn't matter.

Why do you take it off? This way, you can make a clean broth without too much impurities (fat, etc.) floating on the top.

Put the trimmed chicken in a deep pot, pour enough water to soak it, and add green onions (remaining outer leaves or roots, etc.) to remove odors and boil over medium heat for 40 minutes.

Put radish, bracken, taro, minced garlic 1T, thick red pepper powder 3T, soy sauce 3T, anchovy sauce 2T, sesame oil 1T and marinate for 10 minutes.

First, prepare a deep pot.

Add the chicken, onion and green onion that have been trimmed when the radish is almost cooked and simmer for another 10 minutes.
