Osam bulgogi in Gangneung is characterized by its excellent taste and nutrition by mixing it with various spices, suncho red pepper paste and red pepper powder, with squid freshly caught on the east coast and pork belly raised in clear and clean places in Gangneung. (1) Ingredients
1 squid, 1 root of pork belly (600g), 1/2 onions, 1 green onion
(2) Seasoning
4T thick red pepper powder, 2T red pepper paste, 3T soy sauce, 1T Mirim, 2T grain syrup, 1T minced garlic, a pinch of pepper, 1.5T sugar, 1T sesame oil, 1/2T sesame
(3) Making

When the pork belly is golden, add sliced onions and green onions, stir-fry for a minute, add marinated squid, and stir-fry until the seasoning is evenly filled.
